Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any purchase made through Soma Soap using subscription, recurring purchase, preorder, or any other purchase option made available through our store.

By placing an order using a purchase option, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below, subject always to your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Subscription and Recurring Purchases

Where a product is purchased through a subscription or recurring purchase option, the subscription will automatically renew according to the frequency selected by the customer at the time of purchase, unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal.

The customer is responsible for managing and cancelling their subscription before the next scheduled charge if they no longer wish to receive the product.

Cancelling a subscription will prevent future charges and shipments but will not automatically cancel or refund orders or payments that have already been processed.

2. Cancellation Before Processing

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to info@somasoap.store.

Because orders may be processed shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the cancellation request may no longer be possible and the applicable Refund and Returns Policy will apply.

3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot necessarily be cancelled.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure. Any return, refund, or exchange will be subject to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Preorders

If Soma Soap offers preorder products, the estimated availability or shipping date displayed at the time of purchase is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, supply, logistics, customs, or other circumstances.

If a preorder is cancelled by the customer before it is processed, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.

If Soma Soap is unable to fulfill a preorder, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide any refund required by applicable law.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a scheduled payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Soma Soap may suspend or cancel the applicable subscription, order, or purchase option.

The customer remains responsible for any amounts properly due in connection with an order or subscription, subject to applicable law.

6. Fraud, Abuse and Suspicious Transactions

Soma Soap reserves the right to cancel, refuse, restrict, or place on hold an order, subscription, or purchase option where we reasonably suspect:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity;

• Identity or payment information that cannot be verified;

• Abuse of discounts, promotions, refunds, returns, or other offers;

• Multiple accounts being used to circumvent purchasing restrictions;

• Resale or other activity that violates our policies;

• Illegal or unauthorized activity; or

• Any other activity that presents a reasonable risk to Soma Soap, our customers, or our payment providers.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide any refund or other remedy legally owed to the customer.

7. Pricing, Product and Technical Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

In the event of an obvious or manifest error, including an incorrect price, discount, product description, availability, or technical error, Soma Soap reserves the right to correct the error and, where legally permitted, cancel an affected order.

If an order is cancelled for this reason, any payment that must legally be refunded will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Soma Soap may cancel the affected order or part of the order and issue any refund required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill an order caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including supplier issues, transportation disruptions, customs delays, natural events, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Changes to Subscriptions and Purchase Options

Where available, customers may modify or cancel their subscription through the tools provided by Soma Soap or Shopify.

Changes made after a scheduled payment has already been processed may not affect that payment or shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their account, billing, shipping, and subscription information is accurate and up to date.

10. Refunds

Cancellation of a purchase option does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of payments that have already been processed.

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved by Soma Soap, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may depend on the customer's payment provider or financial institution.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If applicable law gives you a right to cancel an order, withdraw from a contract, obtain a refund, or exercise another consumer right, that right will continue to apply regardless of anything stated in this policy.

12. Our Right to Modify or Discontinue Purchase Options

Soma Soap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription, preorder, recurring purchase, promotion, or other purchase option at any time.

Such changes will not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen under applicable law.
